Return Window:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
- Book your parcel through any courier company.
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- However, if the return is due to our mistake (incorrect item, damaged item, wrong size/color), we will cover the shipping cost.
Refund Policy Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable if the correct product was delivered.
- Only the product amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping charges.
